If South Carolina ever became a SNOW STATE, Tega Cay would be loaded by turning our golf course into a Ski Resort! It was a beautiful snow and the course was full of families! We started off on one hole, but the boys were drawn to the DRIVING RANGE hill....Are you kidding me!!!??? I could not WAIT to leave! It took Cam almost 30 minutes to walk up it! Johnny, thankfully, went the second time to help her. He carried her sled and coached her.....thank you Johnny!
There was a jump half way down. Jackson Burt caught 5 feet..for real! Our kids stayed away from that area..thank goodness!
Things that are funny in the South list- sledding...
1. Noone has sleds...people got creative. Most creative? cookie sheets and serving platters sprayed
with Pam spray!
2. Our kids will get killed as they do not know the right away in sledding...they prefer to walk directly up the middle of the slope vs. off to the side to avoid getting plowed over by the next sled!
This proves to me...it is time for a ski trip!
